GoogleEmily from Martin & Co was so helpful and explained everything to Alex and I very clearly, she really wanted to help us with moving in to our rental as quickly and efficiently as possible. The whole team have been fantastic answering our questions and being patient as we collected our documents. Highly recommend this agency.

Terrible estate agents, the management and the team in general are awful. They don’t care about the tenants they only care about money. I’d recommend anyone dealing with deposits after renting with these to use the dispute system because these agents are unfair. We lived in a property for 2 years and had several emails ignored, even by management, we had no smoke alarms for 6 months (which we were blamed for!!) no oven for 6 months and a flooded and damp kitchen for months. Just a terrible company, the staff just blame the tenants for everything and even go to accusing you of things you haven’t done. I felt we were constantly harassed by them and the landlord! If you want to rent a property in Falmouth stay away from this company!!!

GoogleI arranged a viewing down in Falmouth for a flat near the town centre, was very impressed and said I would take it there and then. The transition of getting all the admin sorted was easy, stress free, and extremely professionally handled, especially seeing as this is my first flat, all the staff here could not have made the process any easier, didn't feel pressured or confused at any point of the process, would highly recommend these guys if you're looking for property

As a letting agent when in tenancy they are ok. Just be very careful when exiting the tenancy. Attend the initial check in and check out and note anything (I mean anything) on the inventory. Any dirt or dust etc otherwise they will penalise you on the exit.

GoogleI’m positive that without the help of Will Eva my relocation from Kent to Falmouth simply wouldn’t have happened. My personal circumstances made renting a lot more difficult than it normally would be, but from the very first conversation I had with Will I was convinced he’d make it happen.
