The Branch Directors are husband and wife team Jon and Felicia Sampson. GoogleWe viewed a house to rent with Martin & Co on a Wednesday, and by Thursday the next week our references had been approved and we had been given a moving in date! Amazing service from them, no problems at all. The gentleman who showed us around the property was polite and gave us all the information we needed to make a decision, he was honest about the property and answered all our questions. They were always quick to respond to any emails that I sent, getting a quick reply was so helpful! Would recommend to anyone looking to rent.

GoogleReally smooth and pleasant experience with Liam Jefferies recently - super down-to-earth and honest guy, which are fantastic qualities for an estate agent to have, who seamlessly got us through the viewing and application process for our new place without delay. He made an extra effort to accommodate for an error in our own judgement, which was he was under no obligation to do, but incredibly helpful that he did, and that has in turn kept us out of a lot of bother!

GoogleAfter dealing with various Letting agents based in Falmouth, Martin & Co clearly provided the best service. They took out the competitive pressure, giving us a more relaxed approach to finding a home - which in this climate is hard to believe. We viewed two properties on the Friday, and had an offer on the Monday. Not to mention the property is a dream. Big thank you to friendly face Liam, who had offered a - to the point, yet cheerful experience when finding a place. Thank you M&C.
