GoogleWe asked The Norfolk Agents to come and value our home after having an extension completed, indecisive as to whether to sell. We spoke to Dan in the first instance who was the utmost helpful and nothing was too much trouble. All of the staff were very professional, thorough and went above and beyond to meet our needs. We will certainly be selling with them in the near future!

GoogleWe paid for the upfront package as we were confident we would be able to sell and move to a new house. However, we didn't anticipate how long it would take, with one agreed purchase dropping out after more than a year. Nevertheless, Norfolk Agents were happy to remarket us. When we finally decided on a house we were under pressure from our new buyers due to their mortgage deal and Daniel did all he could to keep the pressure on everyone right up to the last day

GoogleWe have no hesitation in recommending The Norfolk Agents. Every member of staff knew exactly what was going on with our sale and responded quickly to enquiries. We opted for the 'Upfront package' but this did not at all reduce the quality of service you may get with some other agents offering upfront payment packages. Very good value and great all round. GoogleExcellent service from the start of the appraisal and valuation with Shane to the photography with Ross...which was superb, I almost wanted to buy my own house....the arrangement of the EPC and the day to day contact with Daniel & Lucy. Unfailingly helpful, responded very promptly to queries, liaised with buyers, solicitors and anyone else who needed attention and although things did not always go smoothly that was not the fault of the Norfolk Agents and they kept me informed at every step. Definitely value for money and saved me a lot by paying in advance, I would highly recommend them if you are planning on moving.

GoogleI had a viewing on a 2 bed in South Wootton Kings Lynn , no follow up call. I put in an offer 6 days ago now, and have not had any information back. Very poor communication Norfolk Agents Ltd King's Lynn. Not impressed at all.

GoogleTheir commission rates are reasonable compared to others and offer 3 different packages so you have choice. They have an inventive sales method which might attract certain buyers and sellers. However, the agent valued our house from a listing 2 years ago and never even bothered to look round the property. Whilst the valuation may have been reasonable the lack of displayed interest in the property did not instill confidence that they would actually work to sell the property. Perhaps all estate agents work the same but at least the agent could have looked round.
