From the initial viewing with Matthew who was welcoming and helpful to phone calls that were met with friendly and professional answers. GoogleMy experience of Norfolk Agents has been very positive to date. My first sale fell through after several months but they were most supportive and reactive. Hopefully my second buyer will complete in the next few days. They have always been very friendly and helpful yet professional. Most of my dealings have been with Daniel and I cannot speak highly enough of him. When he says he will do something he will do it. He is professional, very polite and charming and I like to think we have built up quite a rapport over the last few months. I have recommended Norfolk Agents to friends and family.

GoogleWe signed up with Norfolk Agents, as it appeared to be a good, 'know where you are' deal! The preliminaries and photos were taken care of and the house details placed on the internet. Viewers came almost instantly, in the first few weeks and it was all working fine. Then it went quiet for about 10 days. Obviously The Norfolk Agents were 'on the case', monitoring the situation. Before we called them they called us. Our recommended asking price was dropped slightly and the viewing continued, within a week we had an agreement. We have now reached the Exchange point. Throughout I have nothing but praise for The Norfolk agents, we progressed steadily, there was constant phone calls and updates by the staff that was looking after us. We would not hesitate to recommend The Norfolk Agents to anyone. Certainly, good quality, good value, professional and responsive are the adjectives to use. Mr.Mrs J. Overy

I have only gone and discovered an Estate Agent that actually knows what they are doing, Unbelievable I hear you say but its true and I want to share my findings with you. Under the leadership of Laura and Ross, the Norfolk Agents not only listen, truly understand what both a seller and buyer want to achieve, they even reply to e-mails and telephone calls, no way I hear you say but its true. I have never ever sold a property through such a professional Estate Agency. Theirs more !!!! They even recommended a Solicitor to use, they liaised with the Solicitor and kept us fully up to date every step of the way. This again never happens i hear you say, but again please believe me its true. Please don't waste your time as I have in the past, if you really want to sell or buy a property in North Norfolk, you must be with the guys they really are the best.

GoogleI took the fixed package out when I decided to put my house up for sale on the recommendation of one of my relations. This saved me thousands of pounds in fees and I received excellent service as expected, as if I was paying a percentage fee. I had a quick response from Shane when valuing my house, a super quick response to taking the photos and providing the energy certificate from Daniel and all the staff in the office dealing with the enquiries were very professional and responsive. Brilliant in terms of getting viewings set up for us, keeping us informed (as first time buyers we definitely appreciated all the info we were given), chasing up any queries and very good in terms of completion.
