GoogleBe very careful when viewing properties through this Agent. They are not open and honest. Wasted my time and money with a viewing and proceeded to tell me untruths even though I made a genuine offer.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleThe team were outstanding from start to finish. Choice of payment scheme for the sale makes them a very attractive prospect. Once chosen the sale of the house was faultless, there was good communication all the way through and a very professional approach when questions needed answering. We have nothing but praise for the team and you should definitely get them to offer your property to the market.

Although I did not end up purchasing through them, I found them to be by far the most efficient and professional agent I’ve dealt with. If I ever needed to sell in the area I wouldn’t hesitate to use them.

GoogleWell l have say wasn't happy with this agent .Not screening potential Buyers sending any one to my property that couldn't affird it and never did any viewings.. wouldn't recommend. Armchair agents

We are sorry to hear that you were not happy with our service, all applicants are fully qualified before we send them to viewings and we would never intentionally send anyone to a property that we believe is not suitable. Accompanied viewings are optional, we are disappointed that the 15 viewings conducted did not result in an offer.
