Shayne came to appraise my property, he was very approachable and professional. Daniel photographed my home a few days later once a sale price was agreed. I then dealt with Daniel through the process. Daniel was often available to talk when I needed information and if not someone else in the office would happily help if they could. A great service for an all in price, I got in just before the price increase which saved me a significant amount on a standard percentage. I would recommend the Norfolk Agent if you have a property to sell.

The Norfolk Agents organised a number of viewings which they undertook on our behalf and sold our property within a couple of weeks. Ross went out of his way to help us find the property we wanted to buy. I dealt with Laura and Ross from The Norfolk Agents and these guys are not just any old agents they are fantastic! I suggested to them they need to have a strap line like M&S…not just any old agents, The Norfolk Agents! They deserve that sort of recognition. Ross and Laura are very professional agents who went out of there way to make my move as easy and pleasant as possible. Ross met me outside of hours to help me out with my removals and Laura moved heaven and earth to get me into my new home a week after viewing it. I was fortunate enough to rent my new home until the purchase completes. Laura and Ross arranged for this in no time at all and would have been even quicker if it wasn’t for a slight delay in getting an electrical certificate. I can honestly say Laura and Ross are kind and genuine agents that I am truly grateful for. I don’t normally write reviews but when I am this pleased with a service I feel it’s a must! This is our first experience with The Norfolk Agents and from beginning to date it has all been excellent. They have acted professionally and efficiently but with great care and attention to detail all the way through our letting. We used Norfolk Agents because of the variety of properties they advertised and their different options for payments which should cover every eventuality! Ross was honest and upfront about our house and the photos worked well with the advertising. Lucy was always on hand to help with any issues and chased up the solicitors as and when was required!!
