Recently moved into a period property and Stags have been amazing from start to finish.Had a few snags in the beginning with the vetting but that was with another company.Was in danger of losing the property,really by personal choice but Stags took control, were really professional and helped us through to the end at a really stressful and upsetting time.Couldnt be more happier and thanks to the rental team we are now living in a beautiful home.Always be grateful and appreciative to a wonderful team🩷

I have recently purchased a holiday complex through Stags and the time and attention dedicated to the process by Ed and his team was exceptional. The process was fraught with challenges, however Ed refused to give up and went over and above to ensure no stone was left unturned and the sale got over the line. Highly professional. Proactive. We have been searching for a house since February 2023, so that's a lot of viewings, the offer or three, disappointments, highs and lows. So I just wanted to say it has been refreshing to recently have a more positive house hunting experience thanks to the Stags team. Stags dealt with the sale of our property 12 months ago (sorry its taken me so long!) in what became a somewhat stressful and protracted transaction, but the Stags Exeter Team were superb. Good old fashioned courtesy and professionalism at its best. We dealt mainly with Georgie (faultless, she is so good at her job in a low-key modest way), but throughout the process I think we probably ended up speaking with just about every member of staff, each one wholly competent and proficient. Never try Stags in future Was agreed the so called NO Onward Chain property 10 Heritage Road Exeter but the sales and vendor kept delaying the transaction from Sept 2024 to Jan 2025. Finally, the story is the vendor is looking for another property and keep living until they buy a new house. It is definitely a chain! False selling techniques and cold shoulder to the buyer. I wasted time, money for surveying and solicitor and the transaction was cancelled. Stags didn’t take responsibility and pushed it to my solicitor. What’s a shame in UK for such misleading and irresponsible property sales.
