GoogleStags Exeter (Lettings) have been managing my property now for 7 years & I am still impressed with the team, their knowledge & professionalism in addition to the caring approach they take. I purchased the property through Stags Exeter (Sales) & they too were excellent however the lettings team has on many occasions gone above & beyond. There have been new additions over the years yet the level of service & communication continues to be fantastic. I always know who to speak to; wether it be the jubilant Jackie, positive Polly or tremendous Tess & enjoy the ensuing witty repartee & the expert advice offered. I do hope to continue working with them for many years to come. In terms of visiting the office; parking on Southernhay is possible but not guaranteed, Princesshay isn’t a long walk. Steps up into the office.

GoogleEd Thorne and Caroline Laurenti at the Holiday Complex Department always kept us informed of potential property/venues until we found our dream. We had a long journey from viewing our dream property/venue with land to completion but it was made all the more bearable from the wonderful Ed and Caroline at the Holiday Complex Department. They were so understanding, caring and at all times professional. Caroline was in contact through the whole process with a cheery and can do attitude to help us achieve the end result.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleMyself ad my family have been looking for somewhere to live for a couple of months now. We have found it really challenging navigating the rental market from New Zealand and repeatedly missed out on houses because other agents didn't respond to our emails or return our calls. The team at Stags were a breath of fresh air. Jackie and Tess were always quick to respond to our emails and discuss any issues with us. I would highly recommend Stags to anybody looking for rental accommodation.

GoogleJackie was fantastic! We are in the process of relocating and have found it very challenging to find a property which is available and that we can have the opportunity to look at. Most agents we've spoken to have been dismissive, not taken our details and swiftly moved on. Not Jackie or the team at Stags. They took our details and got back to us. They were able to accommodate a viewing for us on WhatsApp, which also saved us the travel time. We had a lot of questions about the property and the application process which Jackie answered thoroughly and she also gave us great advise to help our application stand out. Having worked in the estate agency industry myself I found Jackie very professional, well prepared and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you for your help!PositiveQuality

GoogleHow pleased we are to have Tess and her team on board. Her professionalism and dedication to her task was second to none, dealing with any obstacle with her quiet, "nothing is any trouble" attitude. Wanting to continue our friendly relationship with our long term tenants, Tess grasped the situation quickly, kept everyone informed and onside. Thank you.

GoogleCatherine and Nick were First Class from start to finish. I had tried to sell our 5 bedroom house and Holiday Business myself but it was Stags that attracted the family that eventually bought from us and Catherine that earned Stag's commission by chasing every part of the chain every week. Without doubt we would not have had a successful sale without the effort that the team put in. Many thanks Andrew and Jayne
