They are always friendly, efficient and you can trust them to deal with any issues in a timely manner. It's great to have agents that you can trust.

The marketing agent has given us a tenant, that is in arrears in the first week no after sales service/No assistance on the arrears. Just made his £140 find tenant fee. Behaved rude and unproffessional on the phone, when asked to sort out matters.Absolutely out of order and the tenant has been left to the landlord to deal with. not happy with the service at all.

GoogleWe have been so impressed with Smart Estate Agents! They have been so caring and thoughtful throughout. They made our house look beautiful with carefully considered photographs using high tech equipment that created a floor plan too. We were amazed at their speed of everything, from uploading the details through to finding the perfect buyer quickly. Their communication has been excellent throughout. Having been an estate agent myself a few decades ago I have a good inkling of which are the good ones and I’m happy to say Smart Estate Agent have exceeded my expectations. Lisa Thornton in particular is lovely! She gets customer service just right - she cares and listens, professional and friendly.

We were struggling to find a property to rent for 9 months then we met Poppy and within 2 weeks of meeting Poppy we got a house! As it was our first time renting we had a lot of questions and didn't want to be much of a bother to SMART but they answered all our questions and replied very quickly.
