Smart is exactly what this company are

Smart is exactly what this company are. Having had a property on the market with an online agent with 5 viewings in eight months, I decided it was time to get SMART! The house I was selling had far more views in eight days than I had in eight months with a very good price negotiated by Lisa Williams. I think Lisa should negotiate BREXIT! Clearly Lisa is much more able and quicker at getting a deal than those negotiating BREXIT at the moment. GO LISA!

Tom was the estate agent for the vendors of the house we were buying. So really, not representing us at all. However, he couldn’t have been more attentive to our needs! Tom was always friendly and so easy to contact, always returned our calls, got the answers to the questions we had for the vendors quickly and made extra trips to the property to enable us to measure up, etc. We found Smart Estate Agents to be a very professional and thorough team to go through. We highly recommend them. We were very glad to have Tom on board.

We have been with Adam and Smart since the very early days of the business. As a Landlord that lives far away from our property, and now in another continent, we have to rely on their complete management services and trust them to sort any problems minor or major without hassle. They manage all aspects for us, from tenant search, referencing, inventory, maintenance, contractor liasion, rent and even external factors such as neighbours to the property. We have recently used their in house financial advice service to renegotiate our mortage and HALF our monthly payments. Natalie is a new member of the team who now handles a lot of our communications and is particularly good at dealing with the tenants. We will always use SMART and when the time comes to sell our property and buy another, we will be going through them. I have and will continue to recommend the team to anyone in the area.

I marketed my property in Heavitree with Smart Estate Agent recently. It was on the market for three days, had an amazing level of interest and achieved well in excess of the asking price. Lisa in particular dealt with the high volume of enquiries and was incredibly professional in negotiating the offers and securing me the best buyer. I cannot recommend Smart highly enough, they have been fantastic to work with! We were initially torn between a traditional high street estate agent vs an online one, and Smart seemed like the perfect hybrid of the two. After comparing several quotes we listed our house for sale with them and saved over £2,000 in agency fees thanks to Smart's upfront and transparent prices! Rob and Lisa came to take measurements and photos and the ad went up very quickly. We were pleased with how professional it looked. Within 10 days we had sold! A special thanks has to go to Lisa Williams, who took care of all the conveyancing issues and queries in a highly professional and courteous manner. She was really on the ball with communication in the vital weeks following the sale. At the last stages when things were held up by a solicitor in the chain, thanks to Lisa's hard work chasing things up we were able to exchange ahead of our preferred completion date. Would 100% recommend Smart, we had 2 properties to sell to buy 1 and dealt with Mitch and Lisa with both properties, both very friendly and professional at the same time. Fantastic Property Management service

Doug Scott and the team at Smart Estate Agent have been second to none when managing my student property. They dealt with all student enquiries, timely arranged repairs of any faults and were excellent with managing returns of deposits and liasing with students about issues that arose.I would absolutely recommend Smart if anyone is looking for an estate agent to manage their property hassle free.
