GoogleWhat can I say. When we were using them for viewings of properties, they would regularly book viewings on top of us. So we'd been in the properties 10 minutes then someone else would be shown around inside the house with us. This happened 3 times by two different estate agents. Been in my property nearly a year. 18 months ago I asked Smart to remove me, they've clearly ignored me as ive received multiple phone calls, twice from Josh even though I spoken to him before to remove me but clearly didn't. He called once more this morning asking how my property search was going. I was firm with him this morning. It's a legal requirement if asked to remove someone from a Data Base. Smart ignored this. I've been emailed as well. I'd stay clear.

FacebookI'm visiting friends at Riverside Court in Exeter. I'm shocked at the state of the place. The porch area (walls and ceilings) have clearly not been cleaned of cobwebs/insects etc for a long time. It's disgusting. How can Smart Estate Agent improve? They can try living up to their name for a start. Do better!

Meeting Emily and finding the right property was as simple as. Emily has an empathy with how stressful the whole process can be and used some exemplary people skills to support us and take us through the steps. Highly recommend Emily for fab communications, willingness to help and go that little bit further to make you feel that bit special and not just customer on a conveyor belt. Excellent service and support.

Sammy was the perfect person to show the property. She was knowledgeable and had patience to explain things. She is exceptional actually and it is the best "showing" so far because of her even though the flat did not suit me because of the stairs.

GoogleFollowing a disastrous experience with one of the well established estate agents in Exmouth, Smart was recommended to me and everyone in ‘my’ team from the Exeter office (Sophie, Emily, Amelia and Jasmine) has been really friendly and professional, making it easy to let my flat. They respond quickly to emails, do what they say they will and stick to deadlines. I am really happy they are now my letting agents.

Looking for a house can be quite stressful, but Megan made the experience of viewing the home easy, and stress-free. The professionalism with which she answered questions and the degree of detail that was provided was extremely helpful. Her customer service skills provided a really good experience with these estate agents and I would highly recommend them.

Another great experience with smart lettings.. within less than a week of being told our tenants were moving out ( a sad split), Josh was on the phone with news of potential new tenants…no fuss, just sound common sense and a full knowledge of both of them and us.. thank you for the no stress, problem solving attitude!

I have had a few issues since moving into my flat, especially concerning a utility bill. Nina and the team have been extremely supportive with this - my emails are always responded to promptly and they have been extremely proactive in helping me to resolve the issue.Nina is always friendly, polite and helpful, which I very much appreciate.

Josh was really helpful for me to getting a house. It was really a magnificent proffesional approach and 100% satisfying. Even on some doutful stages he was really helpful to give a good picture and clarity. And the room they give me is wonderful and excellent location aswell. I really would recommend smart.
