When we got let down on completion day with the house we were purchasing (another online selling site) she went above & beyond to help us and make sure we found somewhere else quickly. GoogleAfter six months of not being able to sell my apartment over looking the Cathedral I moved estate agents. Smart appeared to be keen and hungry to take the sale of the apartment on. From the onset they hit the ground running. They produced first class sales details with fabulous photographs. The first week I had numerous genuine viewings and the second week i had an offer at the full asking price. Seven weeks later the sale was completed without any hassle at all. I can only speak of my experience but Smart were fantastic from start to finish throughout the whole sale process. They were highly motivated, professional, honest and the communication from them was excellent right the way through. I cannot recommend them highly enough and wouldn’t consider anyone else next time I move Well done Team Smart, very impressive & thank you for a great job. James Gardner Exeter

Just had a viewing today of a flat with Poppy. She was very lovely and helpful. She answered all our questions and was very open and honest about any faults in the property which was greatly appreciated. GoogleIf I could give 0 stars I would, but in order to post my review I have to give at least 1 star. Been renting for years, this is the worst agency I have ever known, extremely unprofessional. I would advise not to rent through them they are scammers the biggest advice I can give is to also not rent anything that is owned by the Landlord Doug Scott, he has evicted several tenants out of greed from 65 Salterton road in Exmouth just before Christmas, so he can rebuild and extend the already 13 bed property so he can take in more revenue, one of those tenants unfortunately has to live in her van now as a result of this. From my knowledge he has been reported by these tenants, I have friends that work with the media and local newspapers and I feel this must be made public I will now be forwarding this onto them to publish. Do not rent from this agency!

GoogleI think they have their PRIORITIES.I called as a very first person to rent a property in exeter as soon as they advertised on zoopla..They assured a viewing time and wrote down my details.it was a friday and when i called on monday for follow -up,they are fully booked!!!the staff acted totally helpless!!!and this is my second experience with them..so disappointed and frustrated..I guess it is because from where i am..

Right from my househunting this summer to finding a property, and now to living in one, Smart has been a good partner. Of course, I did come across other agents while viewing houses, but Poppy really set herself apart with her warmth, empathy, intelligence, promptness, and helpfulness. Together with Kay, the two make for great estate agents!
