GoogleAs landlords we have been very happy with the service offered by Smart Estate Agents. We have been impressed by the manner in which they have advertised our property, reviewed prospective tenants , completed/processed necessary documentation and ensured that all legally required documentation such as EICRs, EPRs , gas checks etc are updated promptly. Inventories and inspections are excellent - thorough, clear and supported by innumerable photographs. Communication has been superb - a friendly and supportive, team who are ready to listen and take action where necessary.
