I rented out a flat through Ben a few months ago and he was a pleasure to deal with - very courteous, polite and helpful, and found a great tenant within a very short space of time. I would recommend Smart, and use them again.

FacebookSmart estate agents are a pleasure to work with. They’ve lifted the stress and worry from what can be a very frustrating time. As well as being incredibly attentive and friendly, they are always able to resolve any issues that may arise. Completely changed my views on estate agents and would recommend to anyone looking to move/sell/rent.

Trustpilot5* service
Smart have always offered stellar service from the start, and continue to do so once you’re into the property. A recent example of going above the call of duty was when Doug came out himself to fix a maintenance issue I couldn’t resolve and would have taken another few days for a technician to attend.
