GoogleThe team that looks after our property has been professional and helpful. When we needed some repairs done to the house, Kay managed the whole process and kept us updated throughout. She was easily available by email and phone.

GoogleRob and his wonderful team handled our sale in a highly professional way. Communication was excellent from start to finish. His vast experience enabled us to get the best selling price. He even helped us with our onward purchase negations. Well worth the very reasonable fixed price. We were glad we chose this agency and wouldn’t hesitate using SMART estate agency again.

Excellent +++ Very professional and very quick to resolve any issues when renting a property from them. Any problems were solved that day. I would very highly recommend for renting whether Landlord or Tenant or for Sale purposes. Doug especially gets a mention and he is a credit to Smart Estate Agent. I purchased a property through Smart estate agents in Feb 2017. It was purchased as an investment, and I wanted to let it as soon as possible. Smart were very proactive, and found a tenant very quickly (before I had finished renovating the property). So far, things have gone very well. Based on this experience, I have no hesitation in recommending Smart.
