I used Smart to rent out my house in Plymouth. Between me contacting them and the house being rented out was less than two weeks. As a first time landlord, the team were extremely helpful in advising me what needed carrying out prior to the house being rented. Fantastic service in such difficult times!

Smart Estate Agents are professional, friendly and go out of their way to make everything fall into place. We had a complicated chain that fell apart at a key point and they managed to hold everything together, find us a new buyer. and push things forward so that we did not lose our dream house!! Extremely grateful for all they did!
