I viewed a rental property with Jack. He was very kind and helpful to me. I had been out with viewing for quite a few agencies in Exeter so far but my experience with Smart Estate Agent was exceptional because of Jack. I am eagerly awaiting to hear something positive today evening about my application for the property from Jack. He's the best.

Way better experience than with any of the other estate agents we applied through. Mr Ottaway, who organised a viewing for my partner and I, was always super quick to respond, made a special exception for digital viewing, and just generally made the process of applying less stressy with how organised and helpful he was. Was really great.

GoogleRented with them for 11 months. On move in property was in poor state e.g. bathroom light wasn't working, dirty. From this point, slow repairs throughout whole tenancy. At the end of tenancy, tried to take £100 of my deposit for damage that I hadn't done. Eventually agreed to give my whole deposit back, but still wouldn't recommend overall.

Overall the viewing was great, the estate agent was helpful and informative to the questions asked. It left me with a good impression of the estate.I would've given this 5 stars but not all information was given at the time such as exact payment for the bills, however, the estate agent was mindful not to give incorrect estimates which I appreciated.

Great experience so far. I met Josh on the day of the viewing. We were all about 15 minutes ahead of the appointment time. Had a view of the property and received every necessary information regarding the property and concerning the application process. I have received adequate assistance through to the point were my referencing has just been accepted.
