Jack provided impeccable service from the very start! Responded to my original enquiry very quickly, arranging a viewing was effortless and despite delays due to traffic & incorrect navigation, waited at the property until we arrived calling us to check we were ok. Upon arrival, Jack offered to show us another apartment in the building and was able to answer all our questions.

Fantastic service! I was shown around a lovely unique apartment by Heba who was extremely friendly, informed and insightful about the property and Exeter more generally. I have also been dealing with Lisa at the office who has been extremely professional and helpful. I actually went with a different apartment that I fell in love with but still wanted to leave a review as the service was so great!

We had a great experience with Smart. Our contact, Emily, was, prompt, professional and enthusiastic, to the point (since we are 300 miles away) she went to the property and WhatsAp'd it to show us. Very impressed. Ultimately our plans changed and we didn't take the property, but based on the service level, would highly recommend and would go back to SMART if/when rental accommodation is required.Andy and Jen in York

Charlie, Natalie and Liana at Smart all have been fab to deal with as tenants. We found them all to be very competent, professional, communicative, as well as helpful and friendly. They managed our tenancy very effectively, including ensuring that issues were dealt with very promptly. We'd happily use them again. We were also lucky to have a great, caring landlady and a lovely property.
