GoogleBe very careful about hiring this new estate agent. Do not believe most of those positive reviews that you see here. Most of them are made up by their friends and possibly colleagues. All their imaginary Facebook 5* reviews do not compare to this website. Also, when a negative feedback is posted, you will notice a lot of the old positive feedback has been brought forward. Personally, the experiences with this estate agent has concerned me gratefully. When it comes to sales people, all communications should be done in writing. Anyone can set up an estate agency.. They will tell you what you want you to hear. I will not allow this horrible experience from what I have heard about this firm, to cloud my judgement from other estate agents. Especially the many if you Google, estates agents being shut down for dishonesty

I have now used Smart Estate Agents twice, the first time I used them was to sell a four bedroomed house, and as I had not dealt with them before I choose to pay on completion which cost more but made me feel protected. I should of course opted for the up front fee and saved even more money. They have now just sold another property for me which I paid for up front with no worries at all. They sold this very quickly but due to a legal delay this sale fell through, but they quickly sold it again at no extra fee. Excellent service 5 Star.
