TrustpilotGood for landlord - not for tenants!
We have had to argue, chase and repeat ourselves throughout the first month of our tenancy with Smart Exeter, just to get a working boiler during winter. The thermostat still does not work so we can’t regulate our heating and have had to move out. Smart does not take this seriously - the financial, practical, mental and physical impact on me and my young family they just act for the landlady. It is a real shame.

GoogleI have been a tenant with this agency only for about a year as my landlord decided to change agency. I am not happy at all with the poor management and ongoing issues with this agency, first of all I can relate to the frustrations of previous tenants that have giving poor review about this agency and I agree with it. They are trying to charge me for normal wear and tear over the years (6years), which I am not responsible of. They are only trying to charge people for stuff and keeping the deposit hostage. I do not recommend to be a tenant with this agency, try to avoid this!NegativeQuality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI am writing to say that I viewed one of your properties in Exeter a week ago and I was very impressed with the service and lovely attitude of the young lady who showed me around . It was a pleasure to deal with a professional Estate agency who are down to earth and on the ball in their approach to the customer service that they gave . Thank you and I will definitely use you again . Victoria Bryan .PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleWhen it came to selling my flat, I shopped around the whole of Exeter for prices. Smart were very quick to reply and were the cheapest in the area. Once I agreed to use them, they came out the very next day, took photos, a day later it was live online, and within two weeks and several viewings, offers from each viewing session and it was sold. Due to covid there were delays left right and centre in the industry (understandable), however, Lisa (in the sales department) was always on hand to help, and proactive with support and suggestions regarding the sale (queries). I will definately be using this firm again in the future.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value
