I have had two recent experiences with this company. One was dealing with my late husband's will and probate, the other was selling a property that we had owned together. I strongly recommend this company. Both partners that I dealt with, Sarah Ramsden Jones and Jamie Noel, were warm, friendly and incredibly efficient. Both processes were completed very quickly and without any additional stress at a sad and difficult time. This company manages to blend professionalism with a human touch. And at no higher cost than my previous less than good experiences with law firms. I would strongly recommend them.

My partner and I were represented by Jordan Oaks and Morgan Brown for both the sale of my flat and the purchase of our house. Overall the process was as you would expect, long and stressful however, Jordan and Morgan were excellent and really helped guide us through everything effectively and keeping us up to date. The original plan was to complete on the sale and purchase the same day however this didn't happen due to our buyers needing to move quickly and there was risk of the sale falling through. The extra effort that Morgan went through to not just keep the sale alive but also to get the house purchase through quickly was instrumental and nothing short of fantastic work.Off my experience, I would highly recommend Knights

We have received a great service from David and members of his team at Knights: Robertas and Samantha. We know there are often challenges dealing with solicitors for a house sale or purchase and we have experienced these before ourselves. But David and team are an exception to this rule. Both our sale and purchase had several complications build in but the team helped us navigate the hurdles brilliantly. Always available and responsive they helped keeping the entire process on track and bring it to a successful end. We very much recommend them.

TrustpilotMISSING ASSETS AFTER COP CLIENT DIES & OTHER
Deputy appointed by the Court of Protection failed in his duty to manage his clients estate. He left the firm. shortly after death of his client. House sale money was meant to be invested by the deputy of his client, but no where to be found along with other investments not accounted for. Probate team failed to prepare Statement of Accounts with full details of clients investments. Poor account recording and monitoring by COP legal team and protection of clients assets. Poor response to complaints and ignoring requests to investigate lost investments and clients funds. This firm can not even manage a simple transfer of a house, which only takes three weeks from start to finish if you do it yourself with very little cost. Complaints do not work to resolve complaints they are happy to ignore questions to hide their associates mistakes. Knights offer a poor service and charge extortionate fees. They are are expensive and the expense is driven deliberately by their errors and poor service. Do not use at any cost. They are not worth the money or the stress - they will cause you loss and anxiety in all areas. Very poor service and inexperienced legal teams causing the fees to be high. This firm may be good in some cities, but in Kent certainly not to be used.

I purchased my first flat in March 2025 and had appointed Knights as my solicitor. I worked with Liam Edwards and Tianey Pearce. Communications were efficient, timely and as a FTB with a lot of questions they provided helpful answers. The estimated time frame and fees were meet and there were no extra costs or delays from their side which I appreciated.

From personal experience, I recommend you DO NOT instruct this firm. For me, it was ruthless, uncaring, error-prone, case-damaging, ignored instructions, rapidly blew my £25k budget, billed me circa double my budget, then threatened to sue me for its extortionate overcharging. It bills for every second, even for its own severely damaging errors. My opinion is to AVOID like the Plague!

I recently used Knights to assist with the sale of our house. I was recommend to use Sally Peake, as we had to complete on our sale in 6 weeks and needed to ensure we got the best support through the process. Sally was assisted by Lousie Nunns and I can honestly say they did a fantastic job from start to finish. What at times was a very stressful process, was made a lot less stressful knowing I had the best support dealing with things. Obviously was more expensive using a company like Knights, but as saying goes you get what you pay for. A lot of the noise and issues that can normally arise were dealt with swiftly. Would highly recommend if you want that extra attention, great support and confidence knowing you have the best team dealing with things.
