We were assisted by Rachael Burrow for the sale of our parents’ house. She was professional and very knowledgeable throughout the process. She was always very quick to respond and explained the complexities of the process very well. The sale was a difficult time for us but Rachael eased the stress with her consistent empathy and understanding. We would highly recommend Rachael and her assistant Dagmara. Thank you.

I commissioned Knights to act for me for the purchase of a new build house and the sale of my existing property.Jodie Coy and team have been beyond excellent in the process of both these tasks.For the purchase of a new property exchange must happen within 28 working days. Jodie managed this in less than 8.Jodie and the team respond immediately to queries and have been diligent in following up with buyers solicitor.Jodie and her team have been, by far, the best solicitors I have ever encountered and I have moved 13 times in my life.I would heartily recommend their services.

Jamie Noel has acted for us throughout all of these transactions. Whist some have been straightforward others have had extremely complex issues. Jamie has always managed to advise us and steer us through to the desired outcome. The communication is excellent and we usually get responses immediately or the same day. Myself and my partner were first time buyers and went to Knights solicitors for our conveyancing. Their associate Sammie Clegg was so professional in her approach, with communication was second to none. Never did my partner and I ever made once to feel like we were a nuisance when needing something explaining as she was always happy to help. Always available to get hold of and kept us updated with the process even when waiting on information that took a little while to get hold of. Even when she went on annual leave we had someone else look after our file and it was nice to get an email off them to introduce themselves and get an update. I would recommend Sammie as someone to trust with any other conveyancing matters again but also recommend her to any friends and family. Thank you to her and her services for making an extremely stressful process calm and collective.

I used Knights PLC out of their Newcastle offices for a conveyance on a property we were buying. R. Haroon was the solicitor assigned for this. From start to finish she was courteous and professional in all the legal matters and correspondence with ourselves. We had the contract exchange and completion on the same day that finally completed late in the afternoon. Can't thank her enough for her support as we were wilting with the stress of moving house and helping us over the finish line.

TrustpilotIBB Property Law Team made a total mess of my purchase
IBB Law now Kinghts completely messed up a straight forward cash purchase and lease extension. Took forever, list us the less extension, incorrectly served notices, accepted no responsibility and caused significant consequential losses. They failed to follow the correct legal process and have now messed us around without settlement for three years racking up huge legal costs. Gary Bunce read Dunce should be fired for his shocking mismanagement of the staff involved and process. IMHO he acted improperly and without proper care and diligence and bad advice. When he realised the mess up he dropped us as clients and fired the issue off to the IBB liability insurer’s solicitor who have charged person handling it numerous times trying to burn us out and bankrupt us through paying frees to fight them. Absolutely shocking experience - STAY AWAY from these crooks.
