Absolutely outstanding service from Charlotte and the team at Knights. We very nearly lost our onward purchase due to the incompetence of our previously engaged conveyancer. Charlotte not only made sure that we completed on time but also managed the relationship with the conveyancer selling our property. If it wasn't for Charlotte and the team at Knights, who have been exceptionally efficient, I wouldn't be in my new home. Charlotte provided a level of service beyond what I expected:-We were always kept well informed by both email and phone-Documentation provided was clear and easy to understand/sign off-The service was at all times friendly and professional.I have since recommended Knights to two friends and three family members who are all looking to move in the near future.

Though I'm sure some of the questions I asked were unnecessary. Tia or her team were always quick and professional in returning either emails or calls. We used Knights for both the sale of our previous home and purchase of our new home and can highly recommend their services. They are very professional but explain everything in terms we understood and were only a phone call/email away if we wanted to ask a question. Every document was perfect and communication was prompt and efficient. The price was also very competitive so definitely great value for money. In particular, Kirsten and George went above and beyond to help us exchange contracts in time and complete on time without any issues or delays so a big thank you to them for their continued support throughout both processes. No need to hesitate, definitely choose Knights for your Solicitors!

Where to begin, Kirsten and George and the team at Knights were perfect from start to finish.We were given Kirsten as a contact when we reserved our dream home on a new housing development. She made the initial process very smooth and provided a point of calm when I was panicking and stressed. As the sale of our house went through Gorge joined the process to assist Kirsten, when she was out of office or on a break. He was professional and efficient, maintaining a clear stream of communication throughout the processes. My now wife used Knights in Sheffield for our pre nup. The initial quotation was for between £900 to £1400, well to our astonishment we ended being charged £4800 an increase of 533% over the lowest quote we were given. At no point was my wife told that she had exceeded the £1400. The whole process was more like going through a divorce. The final part of their invoice came the week we got married which caused a major rift between us both. I had a couple of questions regarding the invoice but the solicitor wouldn’t answer me as I wasn’t her client , this despite the fact my now wife had given the solicitor her permission to speak to me as her agent. Our questions still remain unanswered despite having paid Knights invoice in full. I would strongly advise against using Knights to provide a pre-nup service unless you are well prepared to accept what feels like extortion

5 out of 5 stars for everything. Knights were very professional and provide amazing service. We reserved our house end of May and completed end of July. Knights were super quick with everything and made the process seemless. They kept us updated throughout the entire process and what I loved best were the super quick replies to all our emails. 10/10 for everything. We were assisted by Charlotte Goodson and her team. In Charlotte's absence her team assisted us with no delays. Knights provided such efficient service and we couldnt be happier. Thank you so much to Charlotte, Samantha Kidd, Emma Kolina and Jodie Coy to making our first time goose buying process seemless and for being super quick and efficient with the services they provided. I 100% would recommend Knights.

Tia and her team shouting out Lucy completed our sale and purchase. They completed everything brilliantly, the part of their service that impressed us the most was their speed and availability. There were a number of occasions where complexities meant we had to get hold of Tia fast! She was available and dealt with each hurdle fast and effectively. Joanne Robinson helped us through a lengthy and very stressful year of trying to sell our home and buy another and I was so grateful to have her support and knowledge. She flagged an extremely concerning financial situation on a new build we were in the process of purchasing, that the other side's solicitors had tried to hide and evade asking questions on and helped us when we did finally find the right place to get the process done so quickly saving us a lot of money in other areas of the process. She always had our best interests at heart, was always happy to explain things we didn't understand and was endlessly patient and upbeat. We are now in a wonderful home and so happy to be here. I couldn't recommend her more.
