Company took over Rix and Kay in Uckfield in August and with this the secure storage of our LPA (power of attorney). Needed to urgently get hold of the documents due to a medical emergency with my dad. Never called me back for a day and then could not locate the documents for days. Rather than letting me know there could be an issue, they didn’t get in contact. Eventually the documents were found but then were sent to the wrong address.

Ian Peach and his team worked tirelessly to achieve the sale of my property. The obstacles thrown at him over a number of leasehold issues were challenging to say the least. But, he kept me informed and dealt with each issue amazingly. I would definitely recommend and use Knights again.

Knights have been great especially the support received from Kirsten Wickham and George Harradine.Initially we were worried by the electronic communication of documents and correspondence but our fears were soon put to rest. In fact I am sure the system is far more efficient than 32 years ago when we last moved house.Kirsten and George kept us informed throughout the long process of selling our house / completing and were also available on the phone when needed. At all times they were friendly, professional and supportive.We would have no hesitation in recommending Knights and thank Kirsten and George again for all their support.

Charlotte, Sharon and Lucy assisted with the sale and purchase of our new build home. We did a part exchange of our old property which meant the whole process from exchange to completion needed to be done quite quickly. We are happy with the service, they were very diligent and professional and we were able to complete on time.

After some early communication issues Jodie and her team kept me aware of what was happening through the buying/selling process.They managed to complete in about two months which I thought was very good considering the small issues we had along the way.I would recommend Jodie and her team.

The purchase went through really quickly with no hiccups and we were kept informed throughout the entire process. After a terrible experience when our previous purchase fell through with another conveyancing firm, we were really apprehensive when we decided to buy a new build home but Adele couldn't have made things easier for us.
