Residential Conveyancing sale and purchase

My family and I instructed Nick Poynton and Sam Nolan from the Residential Conveyancing team in Beaconsfield in relation to the sale of our family home and onward apartment purchase. We were extremely fortunate to receive such efficient and timely support throughout both processes. Unfortunately our sale fell through a few times (through no fault of the conveyancers), however, we were kept fully informed and thoroughly advised on our next steps at each stage. While we dealt more regularly with Nick, it was clear that he was very well supported by Sam throughout. They worked exceptionally well as a team, demonstrating efficiency, proactivity in chasing the other side, and a sensible, pragmatic approach overall. I would not hesitate to recommend both Nick and Sam - they did a fantastic job from start to finish, and we are very happy in our new home!

Great service and very supportive

Hannah Page and Louise Nunns at Knights have been excellent every step of the way in buying my flat. I've had a protracted purchasing experience which has been an education and not of our making, but all the way through communication has been both regular and clear. Knights will cost more than many legal offers out there but you will get what you pay for. I wanted a cost effective way to…

I wanted a cost effective way to resolve the child issues matters - months and thousands of pounds later i was told that going to court wasnt the best option as it would be tens of thousands more, more than the equity in my house. Over a 6month period i spend over £10k and didnt get any better circumstances with my child and didnt engineer a housesale. Now in the same postion with a lot less in the bank and no viable way to proceed.

Professional approach to a difficult house sale

We experienced a lot of difficulty with the bottom of our chain, with a first time buyer and his professional advisor, delaying the process throughout the sale. Jemma Jones acted professionally throughout the protracted sale whilst maintaining a calm and proactive approach. She was able to work along the chain and ensure that progress was made to Completion. Without her professionalism, I don’t think we would have reached the Completion within the tight timescale set by others in the chain.
