GoogleExtremely impressed with Ruby, who showed us around a lovely property near Birchy Barton. She was incredibly warm, knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable. We didn't end up making an offer on the property, but had to leave feedback as she was exceptional!

GoogleI spoke to one of the employees (Josh) who was super helpful. He did a really good job of keeping me updated with the progress of each rental application and was quick to let me know when new properties became available.

GoogleI viewed a property and they pressured me to use their mortgage advisor even though I already had a broker. When I told them this, they said that they could get me a better deal even though I told them my broker was whole of market. Don't like being lied to or pressured.

We met the estate agent at the property his name was James and was from the Exeter branch. All I can say what an asset he is to your company. He was very knowledgeable about the property and such a charming well presented informative agent, any questions we had he could answer promptly. We didn’t end up taking the property but we said how much we were impressed by the agent James.

TrustpilotAbsolute rubbish.
Absolute rubbish. No communication, don't call you, don't make any effort to sell your property, please just avoid there are many other agents. I have escalated my complaint and still nothing, the whole company is a shambles.

GoogleFulfords let and manage my properties on my behalf and have consistently provided a fantastic service. They are very responsive, professional and courteous at all times. The maintenance team are brilliant and organise all manner of emergency and scheduled works efficiently and to my satisfaction. They are a great team and I would recommend them to any other landlords in the area!

GoogleReally good service in finding a property to let from the beginning and Janine was very helpful throughout. There was no issues with the check in done by Kate, who was very professional. Since then I have had absolutely no issues in dealing with Fulfords.

GoogleAs a apparently agency full of experience people. That place is full of people who are incompetent. Which cannot deal with easy things as responding for messages. The biggest problem is trying to appropriate not them money.

GoogleI've only had a really positive experience selling a house with these guys. The communication has been great all the way through, and they have been efficient and really friendly. I've been genuinely impressed. It was quite a lengthy process to sell the house (not Fulfords' fault at all) and they were nothing less than really helpful.

GoogleGet away from them if you wanted to save your deposit. I have been struggling to get back my deposit although protected by schemes. I have been in the struggle to get my full deposit and finally with long fight got back some of my deposit.

Had 2 viewings all confirmed via text and email, got completely stood up at the first property with no calls or communication and the number left in emails is an office that is closed until Monday at 9 am (this is a Saturday viewing)

GoogleWe can't recommend this team enough. The property is fairly valued. The photos are well taken. The team always responds to our emails and phone calls in a timely manner. When we were unsure about our future plan, they were patient and understanding.
