GoogleTook just over two months, from first viewing of property to mortgage application and picking up the keys. this is by far the quickest I have experienced Dan and Margaret were amazing, very helpful and always on hand. Mortgage was arranged through WHB and Dan was excellent, and managed the process to completion really well. Thanks Margaret for all your time and effort. I would highly recommend.

GoogleWe didn’t sell our house in the end but the staff were always professional, kept us in the loop and was up front and kept our expectations realistic. GoogleFrom a buyers point of you very unprofessional. I feel sorry for the sellers. Viewing for properties are available but estate agent says fully booked. Had to knock on sellers door to find this out. Do not return calls to buyers and also don't tell sellers a bid has been put through. Really annoyed and disappointed by missing out on a property I wanted to buy just because of the estate agent telling lies to the seller. Avoid using this branch in Rainham.NegativeProfessionalism
