GoogleReally shocked at the lack of update on the sale of my property. No phone calls, responses to emails or anything really. The sign up was the best service provided and after that nothing. We’re so thankful we found him as he gave us confidence from the offset, provided us with different options in regards to our mortgage and was constantly reassuring of the process. GoogleSteven has wasted my time. I’ve sent all the paperwork for the financial advisor to call me for an assessment and they never did. They dragged this for weeks without any email or phone call follow up to do the assessment so I can book a viewing for their shared ownership flats. Very disorganised agency. I had a similar experience with another branch of this agency again.
