Just sold my property with Douglas Allen, and I must commend their help and professionalism. From Chelsea managing all the daily activities and making sure I was always kept informed, to Tom who was great when I was unable to get to the office to hand in my keys due to a broken ankle! As soon as he knew my predicament he immediately offered to help and jumped straight in his car to collect them! Very unprofessional Turned up for my appointment yesterday and rung as no one turned up and was told that I had the date wrong, (which I absolutely did not) they said it was for 12:30 the next day, I just happened to ring because my morning was running over, (exactly why I hadn’t booked 12:30) and was then told it had been cancelled anyway! So I’m guessing they would’ve let me turn up for the 2nd time and stand outside like an idiot Totally unprofessional
