GoogleThe service I was provided with was second to none. Ryan provides a very personable and professional service, taking his time to go through both my personal and company applications which wasn’t an easy task. He explained everything clearly and kept me updated on every step. I have used mortgage brokers before and have not been provided with the level of service provided by Ryan and Mortgage Matters Direct. I wouldn’t use anybody else!

GoogleHad a pleasant experience with the estate agent who have been helpful through the process. Then Ryan Gifford who was the mortgage advisor in the branch guided us with the mortgage application where he managed to secure a very competitive deal from a major bank where other mortgage brokers said they could not under our unique circumstances. We have been delighted with the services and looking forward to our completion date.

GoogleHad a on the phone valuation! How can this be correct when not seen the quality of decor? Wasn’t asked any questions about property except if I had garage ! Asked what I thought it might be worth then was added £10,000 above what I had mentioned! So not really very accurate! Obviously because I wanted it valued for equity and not selling , might have been a different outcome
