Googlevery please with the work from the team at Douglass Allen they were immense help with selling my house, answering any question I had. and keeping a good pace of viewings until the property was sold. I especially was impressed with the work from Callum, Tom, Robert & Gemma who were in touch almost contently with updates. the mortgage team was also very helpful in answering any queries I had relating to the mortgage , rates and what I can do going forward,

GoogleI’m writing on behalf of a family friend I am absolutely appalled by the use of language and behaviour David has. His tone is extremely aggressive and unhelpful I now wouldn’t recommend David to sell your property as he is incredibly rude. I wouldn’t even give 1* after the experience we’ve had. Absolutely disappointing! Dave is a rude horrible old man

GoogleAbsolutely excellent handling with our purchase a few months ago. From start to finish, David & Chelsea ensured we were kept updated along the way and were always on hand for enquiries & advice. Other local agents (large Romford chains) failed to return calls, failed to allow viewings and some, even lied about putting offers to sellers. Thankfully Douglas Allen are the opposite, striving to get the best for their customers. Come our next move, we will be using this agent without doubt knowing our sale would be handled professionally.
