The team is simply amazing including David and William. From valuation to advertising and viewings the process is very simple, straightforward, transparent and extremely professional. GoogleI bought and sold my property with Douglas Allen, it was my first time selling so I was quite overwhelmed however Jayden managed to help ease my concerns and made me feel much better about it all. I was always worried about finding a property however Jayden and the team continued to help me until I did I couldn’t recommend them enough and will definitely be using them again in the future.

Googleundertaking my first remortgage was always going to be a daunting task however with the help of Ryan Gifford and his team, they made the process a lot less intimidating. From our initial meeting, Ryan already set down a marker as to how our dealings with him would eventually run by staying late to accommodate our busy family and work schedule. He ran through a lot of detailed options, explained the Pro's and Con's of certain choices, explained how the whole process worked and pretty much was there from the start to finish. GoogleWe've been impressed by the professionalism of Douglas Allen after we switched our sale to them after 20 months of stop-start progress with another local agency. Douglas Allen quickly and impressively remarketed my mother's property, securing a strong reliable offer within two weeks. Tom kept us promptly informed of developments, passing on clear and full information to help us make sense of the process. Tom worked proactively with us to solve any issues and make any practical arrangements required to keep things moving. This was supported by Chelsey's great work as sales progressor. When we first chose an estate agent, it was a very close decision between Douglas Allen and another local agent. I only wish we'd made the decision the other way or switched to Douglas Allen sooner. This would have saved my mother (in her late seventies) a lot of the stress of leaving the family home. Thank you.

GoogleHighly recommend I'm very pleased I used Ryan as my mortgage broker. As a First Time Buyer, the process was always going to be stressful as I have never gone through anything like this before, however, Ryan and the team helped ease the stress of it all. I can only say great things about my experience with Ryan. I didn’t think I could get a mortgage for the property I wanted, but Ryan secured one for me, taken the strain away throughout the process. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Ryan was quick to get back to me and held my hand throughout the whole process, providing information and recommendations for any issue encountered. Unfortunately the original sale fell through so we are now going through the process for a second time. David has consistently offered professional and helpful advice, done what he said he would do, and by when he said he would do it. He was proactive with our property searched and was very genuine in his conversations (not a pushy salesman).
