GoogleI have recently had my property up for sale with Connells and within a week they found a suitable buyer and the property was sold (stc). Special mention must go to Cormac Repman who is dealing with my property. He not only worked on listing my property but also had potential buyers lined up ready to go and it was his buyer that put in an offer straight away. This goes to show that he has a talent of matching a potential buyer with their desired property. Our agent was Richard Baker who went above and beyond my expectations to ensure that we could see the intended property as soon as possible. He was very flexible and understanding to show me around and work with us. I was very pleased that he was always answering questions promptly. Accordingly, my father got to rent a property exactly as he wanted within a very short period of time! GoogleThis estate agent has no customer service, no compassion, they are only interested in there precious commission and if you don't do what they want you to do they get rude and use scare tactics..i.e. They weren't at all happy that we used our own mortgage broker then Tara got rude and upset my wife, but the main reason we weren't happy with them is a family member recently had a stroke and a heart attack and became paralysed all down one side so we had to find a place for him to live asap we asked Connells (Matthew) if we could go dual agency as Connell wasn't getting anywhere in selling our house they point blank said no we won't do that and they said that it goes against there contract which after seeking legal advice as we knew this contract wasn't valid they then backed down and we got our dual agency so instead of helping our sensitive situation out they were trying to keep hold of there commission, the only exception was Bernice who was lovely, I would never go back here or recommend anyone to use them

GoogleThe worst agents I have ever come into contact with. Please do not waste your time with these people. They are very unprofessional, rude (especially the manager) and disappointing. I’m not going to talk about everything that happened whilst I was using them as frankly I could be here all day. But if they claim they will call you back, give up as they never will. If they promise you a house viewing saying you will be the first to look at the property, also give up as that is not true and they only say that to keep you on their tail. If you do not do this they will leave you extremely disappointed. Please do not waste your time with them.

GoogleMe and my partner were absolutely thrilled with the service from Liam and Macauley, always there if we had any problems and were incredibly helpful as this was a first time move for us and didn’t know much about the process, but thanks to the help we received from the people at the branch, we have now moved in and are settling down perfectly, thank you so much guys for helping us!
