I would give more stars if I could. Connells have been brilliant from start to finish of my purchase. They have been so accommodating of all my viewings and endless questions (as a first time buyer I had alot of questions). Harry was a delight to work with and Glenda went the extra mile on several occasions when I was having issues with the solicitor. I would highly recommend them to anyone!! Thank you Connells!!

After a period of 7 months a sale that should have gone through much quicker. Buyer messed about a lot. So mortgage offer was running out. We were down to two days left before sale fell through. Glenda in sales was like amazing. She chased all parties and even stayed at work over two hours extra on her time to get the sale exchanged.I really believe without Glenda the sale may have fallen through. She’s certainly an asset to Connells.

Renters/ Tenants make sure you are in the first batch of any viewings on properties you are interested in as you will be told it doesn’t matter and all applications will be considered. Not the case, applications are sent on a day by day basis and if enough are received your viewing will be cancelled on the day.

I had the pleasure of meeting Tara John when looking for my new home with Connell's earlier this year. Whilst that sale didn't progress, I subsequently found myself stuck some 3 months later when another mortgage advisor couldn't provide me the service they had promised. On the brink of losing the property I had verbally been accepted for, I called Tara on a whim hoping she could help. Within a matter of hours Tara has found me a mortgage and booked in an appointment 2 days later for us to go through and discuss. Without Tara's efficiency and hard work I wouldn't have the house I'm lucky to own today. I was astounded by how quickly Tara got me the quote (whilst juggling an already busy calendar) and couldn't recommend her services more. She's knowledgeable, diligent and will go above and beyond to help regardless of if you commit to her service - something that is often lacked in customer service. I recently rented my house from Connells. My viewing was arranged promptly by a gentleman called Macauley Smout. He was very welcoming and gave me all the details I needed to know regarding the house itself. He was very knowledgable and good at his job. Richard is the most helpful letting agent I ever met. He volunteered in helping me with many things. I was out of the country and had no opportunities to come and view the apartments, so Richard agreed to do a viewing over a FaceTime.
When it was time for me to transport my things from my old place to a new one, Richard again suggested to help me by transporting all my things which took more than one drive. He also offered me to help with selling my furniture as again, I wasn’t in the country at that moment. 
It is my second home I found with the help of Connells and I am very happy that I chose them. 
Thank you Richard for helping me with everything and making things really easy for me.
