GoogleI come across Connels when I first bought my house since then I use them to help me with the remortgage, and a couldn't be happier with the professionalism and hard work that the collaborator (Tara John) put, to make sure we got the best deal and insurance cover needed, she was just amazing chasing all parts to meet the agreed deadlines and keep us informed of every step.

GoogleGreat experience! I recently rented a flat with Connells. I was assisted by Macauley who has been very helpful - I had a lot of question but he was very patient with me during this whole process, explaining every detail clearly. He was always promptly available to answer my calls or emails.

GoogleFriendly staff, easy process to rent. I think they do need to improve communication with the client though: if you promise to come back with a call or an email I expect to receive one even if it's to say "it will take longer/we are working on it". Other than that, we are happy with our new rented home.

They have always come up trumps with finding me tenants in a quick professional manner and have always had the best ideas on how to maximise my rental income. GoogleOne of the worst estate agents that I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Rude to my partner, and never returned phone calls even after promising to. No regular updates, or indeed any support in problematic house purchase at all. Will not use them for my house sale, and would advise against anyone using them.

GoogleWhenever we have maintenance issues, Jody always responds to our emails quickly and keeps us in the loop with regards to communication with the landlord/contractor. After the event, she always gets in touch to make sure the issues have been resolved and that we are happy with the results.

GoogleTara at Connells has been an absolute superstar when it comes to helping navigate the murky waters of the mortgage world. No question has gone unanswered (despite there being some stupid ones). I would certainly recommend her advice and commitment to helping people.
