Bradley Gale is the best!

We had a nightmare of a time with another estate agent selling our home before Bradley came on and sold it within a couple of days with multiple offers. He also helped us secure the purchase of our dream home keeping the whole thing together which at times could’ve easily fallen apart. Bradley was so helpful and always quick to respond with any questions we had. His level of efficiency, managing the chain and drive to get everything over the line is second to none. Extremely helpful, patient and friendly

Our buying process took a while but the people at Butler and Stag were incredibly helpful, patient and friendly throughout. David managed the viewing process and agreement with the seller. He was not at all pushy, very informative and afterwards always willing to do further viewings (e.g. when we needed to take measurements etc). Helga managed the after bid agreement process and was massively supportive in coordinating the seller, their lawyers and hackney council to move the deal forward. Thanks to her hard work we managed to exchange and complete before the stamp duty changes, so we are very grateful for her going the extra mile and being very patient throughout. They topped it all off with a bottle of bubbly as we picked up the keys. Really happy with our new flat and Butler and Stag's support in getting in! Thank you guys

Bad Lettings Agents for Landlords/Tenants, Butler & Stag

They claimed that Im a bad landlord to the tenants but they cancelled the tenancy a day before the tenants was going to move into the property. The tenants later moved to another agent with me but the market had changed and the rental price had changed so they went for another property. I later found new tenants.This agency doesnt follow the landlords requirements and spread false information to tenants. They cannot be trusted!As I said This company cannot be trusted. Where is the evidence of your lies? i will continue to post information on this agency that is unprofessional to landlords and tenants. You cannot TRUST this agent. The tenants knew what they where getting when they saw my property. Every month I will post something about this agent on Trustpilot. They are disrespectful and cannot be trusted as an agent. They say I was intoxicated but I dont drink, they spread lies via Trustpilot!! My emails show the evidence. They market your property and tell you nothing about new Government laws!! I still have all my emails from you....I also have text messages from the tenants as we communicated during the tenancy agreement.If I was intoxicated why didnt you address this issue at a meeting or email? i have caught in a lie....you guys are fools!!tirade, that is a false statement by the agency, they dont follow your requirements but send tenants that cannot afford your property. If their was a tirade then why didnt they address this in a meeting or email? Why didnt they send a warning email or letter? second lie by the agency....I will provide email trail to TRUSTPILOT and then the community can decide who is telling the TRUTH!!I have the email trail of the truth, the agency has twisted the narrative to suit their agenda to make me look like the bad guy. I will be creating a blog on this matter as feel that they are so wrong in their actions....These guys are fools because they sent out the contract for the tenants to sign and the tenants signed the contract but the contract needed signing from me but i needed time to read the contract and get the Electricity Report but they had given me no time to do that....it was all rushed by the agent!!The Truth will come out, you cannot hide from the truth!!Im innocent until proven guility....

We decided to put our house up for sale..

We decided to put our house on the market and instructed 3 local agents to provide us with a valuation. Butler and stag being one of them. Chris came to the appointment, he was very professional, he knew his market well, and wasn’t bothered by what the other agents had said about our property- he just took everything on board and gave us a valuation we thought reflected our property fairly. The next day, we were introduced to Charlie who would be selling the property for us.. and within 1 day of it being on the market, he had found a buyer, full asking price offer, job done. The next couple of months we’re seamless, easy, stress free and no hassle what so ever. Charlie was accommodating, always available (even on his days off) and helpful. We faced a last minute glitch with the buyers, the deal was 50/50 but Charlie reassured us that he would get it done… and within that 24 hour period he managed to get us exchanged. Overall, a great experience and would definitely be using again in the future.

Genuinely cannot recommend enough from start to finish Chris has been amazing! He has gone above and beyond what was expected from him. My situation wasn’t the most straight forward to say the least but he along with my mortgage broker made the impossible possible.They have been a fantastic team and I can honestly say I have never received service like it, ever!! Amanda is also brilliant lovely and easy to talk to and as far as aftercare and keeping me informed goes she cannot be faulted. I have appointed Butler & Stag at the Bow office for the sale of my property and I have to say this has been the best choice.After a number of setbacks from other agencies I searched online for the best reviews and this agency came out as highly recommended and this could not be more accurate.From the beginning my sale negotiator Rob Burgess has been an absolute diamond: calm, professional, patient, and with a wealth of knowledge of the market and the area which I believe is unsurpassed. Throughout the whole process he kept me up-to-date in a timely manner, I never had to chase him for a response and most of the time all questions and enquiries were dealt with before I could even ask them. Although there have been a few hurdles to overcome (nothing to do with the agency) he always kept a calm and professional attitude, he knew what to do and how to take things further. From the first week of the property on the market he organised a substantial number of viewings, feedback and updates were given promptly so I always knew where I was. His "can do" and "will do" attitude combined with a realistic and honest valuation of the property has lead to a successful transaction.During the last few weeks I also dealt with Amanda Schiavi, the Company Sales Progressor and again I was absolutely satisfied with the service and professionalism shown, she went out of her way to keep everything in order, and keep the momentum going. We recently moved (bought and sold) with Butler and Stag. I have to say they were excellent through the whole process. Milo was on hand to answer my questions and explain everything clearly and honestly. It was a big move for us emotionally and the agents made it an easier process.
