He knew exactly what we wanted and found it, then despite the property being put up with a second agent, he still managed to secure us the deal. Once the offer was agreed, I was introduced to Helga, who made the whole sale process as smooth as possible. She was contactable at all times and was able to liaise with the sellers to ensure any queries we had were fully answered.
