GoogleWe have just completed on a house sold by Knight Frank. Adam was incredibly proactive in ensuring that the purchase proceeded despite various legal delays. At one point he went to collect some papers and drove them to the solicitor himself to speed things up. GoogleWORST experience with their letting agents. Here are my reasons why you should AVOID renting with them: 1. They increased my rent half way through my 3 year contract because I got pregnant and the landlord knew my due date was around the time we put a break up clause in the contract. 2. They harassed me into decorating landlord’s house when we gave notice we were leaving. 3. Initially they said our total deductions from our deposit was around £700 mark and then in the dispute they increased it to the £1200 mark

Google"All agents are the same". No, I found they're not! Adam Burlinson, the manager, had hold of my sale and managed every inch of complication with the sale. His tenacious attitude, attention to detail, ability to overcome objections and difficulties, made the difference between the sale concluding or stalling. Being in sales myself, I hate being 'sold' to, but Adam's common sense, logical, and well argued approach, not only with me as the seller, but I'm sure with the buyers was key. Whilst being a thoroughly nice person too. Additionally his team at KF Esher, including Matt, appeared tightly lead, and 'on it'. I would thorough recommend Adam, and Knight Frank. BTW, my house is not in Esher but Leatherhead, so they seem to go wide afield.

The house buying process is a never an easy one but Adam really supported us throughout the journey. He helped us to get familiar with the area and decide which part of Esher, we would like to live in. He was very pro-active through the whole buying process and gave us honest and transparent advice. GoogleKnight Frank helped sell our house (which was marketed immediately prior to the pandemic hitting) and performed fantastically throughout; we invited several of the "top" agencies to present us with sales strategies and Knight Frank's was by far the most compelling proposal - both in terms of understanding the local market, the idiosyncrasies of our property and the likely buyer. Their thoughts around pricing and the likely buyer were proved completely accurate within 3 weeks of marketing the house with feedback provided throughout on viewings etc. It seems obvious, but the Knight Frank personal were highly professional (and punctual!) throughout all viewings and took the time to really understand the property so that they could answer questions from buyers fully, giving reassurance where necessary - having viewed many houses ourselves during this period for our onward purchase, there are a number of agencies out there that do not tick these seemingly simple boxes and you should not discount the negative impact this has on buyers. We know from other friends that have sold that Knight Frank might not be the cheapest on the street, but like so many other things in life, you get what you pay for - we were very happy to pay a fair commission for the proactive and professional service we received. We would highly recommend using Knight Frank if you are looking to sell your house and if you're very lucky you may be covered by Sophie Major, one of Knight Frank's Senior Sales Negotiators. Our sale was a protracted one (due to our onward purchase) and Sophie kept the process - 10 months, from start to finish! - on track, maintaining a positive outlook throughout and keeping the whole chain engaged. Sophie was the only one that didn't give up at any point and it is a testament to her attitude that we were finally able to exchange contracts.PositiveQuality, Professionalism

FacebookKnight Frank Darwin were absolutely terrible to deal with. They told us on atleast 5 occasions we were the strongest applicant for a place we wanted to rent, even rushed us to get our paperwork in so they could "have us in there by Friday" Real Estate agent constantly dodged our calls and emails and the poor reception lady had to keep making excuses for her. After all this they then said we'd been denied, they didn't give a reason. Called up head office in Sydney and she emailed the owner of Knight Frank in Darwin and advised he will give us a call back in regards to our complaint. He never did! Would stay far away from this company as if they were like this before we were even renting imagine what a 'Knight'mare it would be to have something that is broken fixed.
