I was looking to let out my apartment in November 23, and with another agent not having much luck, I enlisted Knight Frank. Jamie Vass became a trusted advisor and found me a tenant in less than a week. I was astounded by his professionalism, guidance and compassion for a new landlord who practically had 0 clue what the whole process looked like. I know also how helpful he was to my tenant who was new to renting as well. He helped build a great working relationship with myself and my tenant which has flourished since everything was completed. I’m not sure how successful this would have all been wi th out him. Thanks Knight Frank for making this process a little easier for a newbie, especially Jamie, this was remarkably easy with you guiding me along the way.

The professionalism of all the team is outstanding. Adam and Matt made sure I understood the process from beginning to sold. The social media video was fantastic and the brochure very well put together. It went onto Rightmove as soon as we agreed to sell and the response was fantastic. I am quite a private person and Adam and Matt made sure only well qualified buyers were given appointments to view the house, they took care of the viewings. I would not hesitate in recommending the Esher office to anyone who is looking for the best company to sell their home.

"All agents are the same". No, I found they're not! Adam Burlinson, the manager, had hold of my sale and managed every inch of complication with the sale. His tenacious attitude, attention to detail, ability to overcome objections and difficulties, made the difference between the sale concluding or stalling. Being in sales myself, I hate being 'sold' to, but Adam's common sense, logical, and well argued approach, not only with me as the seller, but I'm sure with the buyers was key. Whilst being a thoroughly nice person too. Additionally his team at KF Esher, including Matt, appeared tightly lead, and 'on it'. I would thorough recommend Adam, and Knight Frank. When it comes to Estate Agents this really is the white glove service. Adam Burlison and his team guided us through a tricky purchase and, put simply, went way above and beyond the call of duty to ensure we completed our purchase and got into our new home before Christmas. We are confident in saying our transaction would not have completed without the support of Adam and his super positive and supportive team. From the start of our house search they were the only Estate Agents in Esher to take us seriously as buyers, showing us three houses in the same week on a specific estate where they are experts and clearly the preferred agency by the residents on that estate.
