GoogleThe team here managed my property while I was abroad and provided a great service, with regular clear updates in the condition of the property and managed to re-let the property with minimal non-tenancy after the initial people moved out. The close-out and handing back of the property was done extremely professionally and I would thoroughly recommend them for anyone looking have their property managed.

GoogleAs we are just about to complete on our property I would just like to say how well your team dealt with it. Of particular note is Ray, who’s input was intrinsic to dragging it over the line during these currently tumultuous times! He never once failed to call me back when he promised to (I have literally never experienced this in any service industry let alone Estate Agency) , he utilised his contacts to gee-along other parties in the chain when frankly he could have just shrugged his shoulders and said “not really for me to get involved with” and I know he has supported my buyer, who is very inexperienced with property transactions, to move things along. Anyway, this is not my first rodeo when it comes to buying and selling property (the first BTL I ever got was via the Personal Agent about 12 or 13 years ago!) and Rays work is the best I have experience, top marks…. In fact, he was so good at insuring he ensured the personal/human touch through calling rather than just firing-off emails that I don’t have his direct email address!

GoogleThe Personal Agent is the Perfect Agent. They have sold two houses for me now and I would highly recommend them. Everyone in the Epsom office is professional, efficient and friendly. I just couldn't fault the service. Chris, I felt, went beyond the call of duty, keeping me updated every step of the way, he was great at checking down the chain when there were problems and we ended up speaking most days, which was very reassuring. Big thank you to all at the Personal Agent.
