Samantha and the team at the Banstead branch have been amazing. I haven't gone through a sale of a property before and they have been very supportive and knowledgeable through the whole process. I thought the viewings would be overwhelming, but they managed the process professionally and calmly; I just had to leave the house (my choice), the rest was taken care of. The subsequent offers submitted were also completely managed by the team and I felt informed at every stage. Great teamwork by the branch led by George, the manager, who has also been involved and checking in with me. THANK YOU!

I cannot recommend the team at "The Personal Agent" Stoneleigh highly enough

I cannot recommend the team at "The Personal Agent" Stoneleigh highly enough. Dan the Assistant Manager was our main point of contact and he quite literally steered us through the process with the utmost professionalism and patience, but any contact with the rest of the team at the Stoneleigh branch has also been excellent. We initially went on to market with a "well known national estate agent" who did very little to market and sell the house over the six month period we were under contract with them, and within two weeks of moving to "The Personal Agent" we received offers, one of which has led to a sale.The team most certainly know their stuff. Dan not only managed our expectations with regards to the market situation, also provided us with recommendations of a conveyancing firm (who have been fantastic) and gave us details of a house clearance firm (also fantastic).I can absolutely say that "The Personal Agent" Stoneleigh Team have provided "a personal service" and I can only thank Dan and the Team for their professionalism in every aspect of this process.

Lies exposed by meeting seller face-to-face

We had the advantage of being a chain-free buyer. We put an offer in on a property and Personal Agent told us that we were up against one other buyer who was also chain-free. They persuaded us to increase our offer, which we did and we purchased the property. We later met the seller in person and they told us we were the only chain-free buyer who made an offer. So it seems that we paid more for the property because the estate agent lied.They were also the cause of a lot of contention between us and the seller throughout the purchase and seemed to enjoy stirring up whatever trouble they could. Zero integrity and professionalism.

Having dealt with over 30 agents in South West London I can honestly say that the Personal Agent provided me with the best service - no sales tactics just a helpful, friendly and highly personal service.
