Becky Moore at Personal Agent has been excellent to deal with throughout. She has been consistently responsive, helpful and professional in managing issues relating to my rental properties. Becky communicates clearly, follows things through properly and provides a very high level of customer service. It has been reassuring knowing matters are being handled efficiently and with care. Really showes up every time!

GoogleI previously had excellent experiences with The Personal Agent Stoneleigh business when buying and selling multiple properties. I expected the same high standard from their Lettings business, but in comparison it was extremely disappointing. As a landlord paying for a fully managed service, I received a level of management that fell far short of what I would consider acceptable. Based on my experience, I would not recommend their lettings service.

I have been looking for a property to rent for some time and have been quite disappointed in a lot of the estate agents I’ve dealt with, they all seem to be quite rude and unhelpful. Callum at the personal agent was the complete opposite, he was super friendly, positive and helpful. He gave a lovely informative viewing and answered any questions I had. Unfortunately the property wasn’t quite right for what we were looking for but Callum was great and I couldn’t fault him!

Communication is excellent and the staff are always so professional and helpful, especially Michelle, who has been a constant support. I am so glad I chose this company to Let my property whilst I work abroad. When there has been a change of tenant, they have re-advertised and Let the property immediately and the transition from one tenant to another has been dealt with smoothly. A big thank you to all the team, who I know must work together well to make this happen!

Chris who initially showed me around the property and again on two other occasion was more than happy to do so on request, he was very knowledgeable about the property and the surrounding area.Chris was brilliant in coordinating everything and answering my multitude of questions. A relative recommended this company to let and manage my property. I dealt with Bradley Snape in the Epsom office, who was incredibly helpful at guiding me through the process of renting out my property. He was more than happy to answer any questions. As soon as my property was ready to be marketed Bradley ensured it went up online, the photos were done and it was let out in just over a week. Callum was also a pleasure to work with, showing tenants an around the property. They’re an incredibly knowledgable company and the office staff are really responsive and helpful. I’d highly recommend them. I’ve been kept up to date at every stage. I can see why they’ve got such a good reputation on the area.

Just sold my property with Personal agent and we have been really pleased with the whole experience . So pleased with the professional experience of Accompanied viewings through to constant updates on feedback . All the team have really worked hard to get us sold to get the best possible results. Once our sale was agreed Sarah Goddard was on top of the progression and worked hard between solicitors and buyers to get to exchange . This is my 2nd experience with personal agent and would highly recommend .

We had a different wagency validate our house before getting The Personal Agent in and they validated our property £50k less than what The Personal Agents did. They were super efficient and helpful with viewings and the property was sold pretty quickly. Samantha was then allocated to help us reach completion, and she would reply to our emails very quickly, and was always on top of what was happening on both sides. Will definitely be going to them when selling again

Samantha and the team at the Banstead branch have been amazing. I haven't gone through a sale of a property before and they have been very supportive and knowledgeable through the whole process. I thought the viewings would be overwhelming, but they managed the process professionally and calmly; I just had to leave the house (my choice), the rest was taken care of. The subsequent offers submitted were also completely managed by the team and I felt informed at every stage.
