During the period fighting covid 19 we received no assistance in previewing property in real or handover of which nor tenancy registration to Council. This has disappointed us a bit.

Hi Allen,Thank you for taking the time to write a review.As you were relocating from abroad and moving in on the day that you arrived there was no time for us to show you the property. The keys were made available for you to collect. The negotiator handling your tenancy sent over a video tour and pictures of the property, you agreed to proceed with moving in, without a viewing.Utility bills are something that only the tenant can set up, should you need any help/assistance with locating the suppliers please let us know. The council tax payments would also need to be set up direct with Epsom & Ewell Council.

We were buying a property only without selling an existing one. The chain was fairly small but the vendors purchase was complex. Richard, was very transparent about what was going on and regular communication, having bought and sold many houses the level of communication and honesty was very refreshing.Personal Agent also helped with recommendations around removals and other trades, I would thoroughly recommend Personal Agent.

Chris, the branch manager at Banstead, went above and beyond in order to get our chain moving and the sale to go through. He was in regular contact, very professional at all times and keen to do anything he could to progress the sale. We’re very appreciative of his efforts.
