Fabulous personal service from the top two partners and right through the sales team and progress team. Very professional video production with personal introduction to eventual house buyer in just four days, with close liaison up to completion.Price competitive as well - could not recommend more.

Not a great agency. Seemed more interested in the commission than providing a good customer experience. Wouldn't stop ringing my solicitor to the point it was becoming detremental to the progression of the purchase. Fairly offish at times when viewing the property.

Dear Mr Wilson, We are sorry you feel this way and can assure you that our intention was not to annoy you but to complete your purchase successfully. You had deposited a £5000.00 non-refundable reservation fee on a new build property and had agreed to exchange in 28 days as part of the contract. It became apparent according to the vendors solicitor that your solicitor was working too slowly to make the timescales so we were asked to chase. Coupled with your mortgage offer having the wrong plot number on and having to be reissued.We are pleased that you met the timescales and are now enjoying your new home.

I cannot rate The Personal Agent highly enough. From the initial valuation, to the viewings and onto the negotiations every single member of the team has been spot on. Once we were under offer (took 3 days!) then Sarah has managed our sale wonderfully and I cannot thank her enough. For me there is only one agent in Epsom worth calling if you are serious about selling!
