TrustpilotExpect fantastic service
We've lived in a rented property managed by the Personal Agent for the past three years. Not many repairs have been needed but every single time I've called or emailed the Epsom office, Michelle - our property manager has sorted the issue straight away. Last year the boiler broke down and she sent an engineer out the same day. This was really appreciated as we have a 5 year old and I can't imagine how awful it would have been if we'd had to wait till the next day. We're really pleased and would like to say a big thank you!

TrustpilotHighly Recommend
Ewell Branch - So Friendly, helpful and Professional. Both Dan and Charlotte have gone totally above and beyond for me whilst I am selling my late mums property. They have been there every step of the way, which has made this whole horrible process so much easier to bear. Due to their close proximity to the house they have enabled access to workmen, sort out problems and kept a general eye on everything for me, which gives me total peace and mind due to my location being over 30-miles away.If you want a true "Personal" approach to selling your property or buying from them then I would have absolutely no hesitation in highly recommending the Personal Agents.

We have just exchanged on our new home after what I can only describe as one of the bumpiest rides in house buying, our previous house fell through and then we had to find another property etc ....which has drawn out the process, through all of this I can honesty say that Andrew at PA has kept supporting us with a calm, reassuring attitude, always on the end of the phone even to listen to a rant !! ...excellent service.

TrustpilotWe would highly recommend Personal Agent
We have worked with the Personal Agent on few occasions - renting a flat, buying a house and most recently letting our house. I cannot praise the team high enough. They have been knowledgeable, responsive, patient and very friendly. They have put us at ease at times when we felt anxious. They have taken care of all the little details that come with house management and we would recommend them to anyone who is planning any house move/management.

TrustpilotDefinitely the best agent locally!!
I instructed The Personal Agent to sell my house on 17th July and I have already now exchanged contracts!!In these tough times those timescales are nothing short of amazing. The property particulars and video really set the house off and even my buyers commented at how truthfully my property had been represented. All my viewings were accompanied and this was followed up with prompt and honest feedback.Once the sale was agreed my file was passed to a lady called Catherine Mahoney (Cat), who then gave me a weekly appraisal as to how my sale was proceeding such that I was never left in the dark.I’ve had dealings with other agents including the online ones but none of them come even close to the levels of care and service that I received from Cat and the whole team. There’s just no substitute to having a local office with local people who really care about your sale!!It goes without saying that I would have no hesitation in recommending The Personal Agent to all my friends.I would to also thank a lady called Sue Boardman who is based in their Epsom office who quickly identified my buyers, who weren’t actually looking in Chessington m, but was able to advise them of the merits of my property and successfully negotiated my sale. There aren’t many sales people with that much knowledge and commitment!!Thanks again and best wishes to you all for the future.

We have had a great experience with the Personal Agent. With multiple viewings of the property before offers were made, and touchpoints during the entire process itself, the team at the Ewell branch couldn't have been more helpful. With a particular nod to Cat who has been pushing the process along and ensuring all was running smoothly (which is no mean feat!), it always felt like we were in safe hands. Would thoroughly recommend the Personal Agent!

TrustpilotPersonal Agent - Professional People
I have found The Personal Agent to be a fantastic estate agency to sell through. They are diligent, professional and persistent. In particular, Adam at the Epsom office has been extremely efficient and has persevered in helping us through quite a challenging house sale. We are grateful for all his effort and those of the whole team there. Thank you

TrustpilotGreat customer service
Great customer service. Sold the house quickly and when our first buyer pulled out at the last moment, found a replacement buyer quickly so we didn't lose our onward house. Always available to talk to and update about the progress of the sale

TrustpilotCaring, knowledgable, friendly and efficient
Having had dreadful service from a country-wide estate agent who appeared not to care about my property it was wonderful to come to The Personal Agent who took th time and trouble to get to know me and to care about my sale. The photos they took were excellent as was the whole description and marketing. I was informd of all viewings and got an offer which I accepted within seven days . During the sale process I was kept fully informed of what was happening. I'd recommend them to anyone and everyone! Thank you.
