We had an outstanding result from The Personal Agent, Stoneleigh when we sold our house recently. From the beginning their marketing was brilliant and when the sale unfortunately fell through, the effort they made to remarket it and attract new buyers was excellent. Their calmness and patience throughout the process were just what we needed during the stress of house selling/buying and special mention must go to Andrew Burn and Cat Mahoney who offered invaluable, professional advice and optimism from the start of the process to the finish. I don't think you could find better service anywhere.

Sensible market price (what we thought, not bumping it up to impress us) that made us feel confident of a quick sale.Everything happened on time, photographs, marketing of our house, viewings etc.The house went on the market on the Thursday, viewed by 7 people Friday/Saturday2 offers Monday morning. We have been very impressed by the quality of the complete service received from Personal Agent in handling the sale of our home.This started with Rupert's initial visit to value our home and outline why we should choose the agency - of which he is one of the founding directors - through the partnership they have formed with two excellent teams who complete the EPC (provided as part of their service at no extra charge) and take the photos/video and then continued with their own sales and sales support team (in our case Jo and Sarah respectively). All of whom were very friendly and professional and helped to deliver a high quality of service that we would certainly use again if we moved.

This is an answer to Cheryl's comment on my previous review:"As Matthew has since advised you, our client has found their own tenant for the property. However, we would love to assist in finding you an alternative." Dear Cheryl, as far as I am aware you have access to calls and emails/texts between negotiators and customers so please state where and when Matthew have advised me of the landlord founding another tenant. I have called Matthew about three times asking for updates and not once he mentioned it. I have no problem with Matthew being a trainee, I do have a problem with him not being professional enough to let me know the house had been taken off the market. I knew that had happen because I could see it from your website and even then I called Matthew and nothing was advised ever.I understand he is afraid of getting in trouble but lying doesn't take us anywhere in the sales business.I was more than happy to move forward and get a recommendation from Matthew of an alternative letting but unfortunately that didn't happen so I will proceed with another agency.Maria

It provides you with a very effective and personal service to sell your house.My wife and I had a very positive experience when dealing with The Personal Agent. After trying to sell our house for 12 weeks with one of Personal Agents' competitors,we thought we'd try Personal Agent. They Managed to get an offer on the table in around 3 weeks, of which we accepted. We subsequently have now sold our house and are looking forward to moving into our new property in the next few days.Great pictures, fantastic communication and being realistic when pricing our house, were, in my opinion, all very important contributing factors in getting the job done.If the chance ever presents itself again, I would go back to use The Personal Agent without hesitation.

I’ll start by saying I am a hard to please customer, and very rarely leave reviews, as most people/companies want a great review for just doing their job to be honest. Well, that’s not the case at all with Personal Agent. The guys have been absolutely fantastic in dealing with the sale of our house, and where you actually see how good a service you get from a company is when you encounter issues - and didn’t we just! Personal Agent were recommended to me by my daughter who recently sold her property using PA and sang their praises. I thought I would try them and see if she was right. And yes she was! They were very professional and always did what they said they would do. When setting up appointments they always let me know, always attended viewings and always provided feedback.
