I dealt with Connor through the Epsom Branch. Connor has a Professional manner, and he is knowledgeable and flexible in his approach. There is no pressure when viewing properties with him, he listens to your needs and in my case successfully matched them. Ensuring I did find the property I wanted in the timescale set.

Been letting out my property for the past 10 years and only recently had various change over with tenants. Bradley has always been very proactive and clear communication with myself by phoning me and following up on emails. He understands the needs from a landlord perspective and ensures he finds the right tenants to ensure smooth changeovers and that the tenants feel content with the property also. He is helpful, friendly and reassuring if you have any questions throughout the process. I really appreciate his hard work and his work ethic is great!

I would like to thank everyone at the Personnel Agent lettings team for finding me a suitable tenant so quickly. From the very first contact, communication from all the team was quick, efficient and professional. Brad met me to view the property and immediately understood my requests, and marketed the property accordingly. The photographer took excellent photos. Chris carried out the viewings and very quickly found a suitable tenant, so that there will be minimal time between tenancies. He even responded over the Bank Holiday. You obviously work very well as a team and take pride in the slick service you offer. I look forward to you managing my property.

GoogleReally BAD Service. I do not recommend anybody to use this agency. They took my deposit and refused to send it back. The landlord decided not to proceed but they still refused to refund my deposit. AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!
