I recently purchased a property through Personal Agent at Ewell. Although my move took longer than expected Dan Ransom and the team kept me well informed about developments all along the way. I found them very helpful and knowledgeable and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and would definitely consider using them again should I ever decide to move on.

Callum and Chris have both been very friendly, patient and approachable from the start of the process through to key handover day! The personal agent staff have very good communication skills and always use a friendly approach- they are always available to deal with any queries and they have been very flexible. Reason for not quite reaching 5 stars - we would have really liked the the inventory for the tenants to go through and check thoroughly on the move in day, unfortunately it was not ready. Callum did his best to chase this up on that day without any luck. Thank you for all your help in securing a place to live in Epsom.

Callum showed us around a property in the Epsom/Ewell area. He was very friendly and made us feel comfortable and welcome straight away. He was able to answer all of my questions and didn't make me feel like the viewing was being rushed. Communication through email and telephone was brilliant and he kept me up to date on what was happening with the property. Was a positive experience.

We have been renting for 12 years and in that time we used have used 3 different estate agents, 2 of which provided an awful stressful service, but The Personal Agent have been brilliant throughout, especially Joe Frost. Joe promptly answered phone/email queries, provided clear instructions of the rental process and generally made everything easy and stress free.

Agent was punctual and pleasant without being overwhelming. The agent remained professional without being cold. This is a fine balancing act. Above all we were not patronised by the agent (as has often been the case before) by stating the obvious such as “here we have the kitchen” or worse still “of course you could knock this wall and open this up and put an extension on the back and a lift conversion on the roof” grrrrr

After weeks of searching for propertys and going on unsucessful viewings, speaking with unfriendly agents, i finally had the pleasure of callum helping me with my search. Right off the bat, he was quick to respond to my enquiry and get a viewing arranged asap as i had less than two weeks to secure a property. During the viewing he was very professional but also friendly which is something other agents were lacking. Callum secured the property for me and was in constant communication throughout every step, i cant tell you how relieved and grateful i am. I hope i dont have to move any time soon but if i do il come to callum first this time.

GoogleTerrible customer services, never contact you back when they say they will. Tried to book a viewing on a property as soon as it was listed, said they would call back when landlord is ready to book viewings, got no call back, I called back a few hours later for them to tell me they have no viewings left. Then wouldn't even let me put an offer forward because I hadn't viewed it personally. Awful service, avoid at all costs!
