Joseph Edwardson dealt with the potential purchase property we wanted. He was extremely proactive on the negotiations and was great at communicating. Unfortunately our buyer fell though which meant we could not proceed with the purchase. When we come to sell again we would definitely go with Personal agent! Thanks Joe!

I’m thoroughly impressed by the whole team at The Personal Agent. Charlotte, needs a special mention, as my dedicated property manager. I have been so overwhelmed by her diligence, meticulous attention to detail and nothing is ever too much! I am a first time landlord so need a bit of hand holding, which she has done relentlessly! I cannot recommend this team highly enough. 5*+. Thank you so much

GoogleAs a Landlord, on first impressions myself and the joint owner were very impressed as they came across as professional and sold the service they were offering very well. Things changed quickly approaching the second week of advertising our property; we felt let down on communication, transparency and timing so decided to go with another agent. If you're looking for a personalised service I would unfortunately not recommend this agent.

When most agencies in Epsom turned us down, the Personal Agent stepped up and offered advice and guidance to help us progress. Callum arranged for me to view a rental property near Epsom. He was very polite and friendly and did not put any pressure to rent the property. He was knowledgeable of the area and let me take my time with the viewing unlike other companies where I have been rushed through before the next viewing. Overall a very good experience!

Chris contacted in a timely way, informed me of the plan and situation (tenant moving on and placing out to secure future tenant/s) and this was done very efficiently and in a warm and friendly way. He kept me up to date immediately after people viewed and presented options in an open and honest way and kept me update to next steps. I found him to be very interested and informative on the whole process.

Customer service no different from your normal estate agent especially as the certain times due to COVID-19 have proved challenging and confusing for the entire property market. I’ve done a number of things out of good will to assist my tenant however this has not been replicated or equivalently met by personal agent. The stereotypical view of estate agents remain the same.

As we are just about to complete on Bracken Path I would just like to say how well your team dealt with it. Of particular note is Ray, who’s input was intrinsic to dragging it over the line during these currently tumultuous times! He never once failed to call me back when he promised to (I have literally never experienced this in any service industry let alone Estate Agency) , he utilised his contacts to gee-along other parties in the chain when frankly he could have just shrugged his shoulders and said “not really for me to get involved with” and I know he has supported my buyer, who is very inexperienced with property transactions, to move things along. Anyway, this is not my first rodeo when it comes to buying and selling property (the first BTL I ever got was via the Personal Agent about 12 or 13 years ago!) and Rays work is the best I have experience, top marks…. In fact, he was so good at insuring he ensured the personal/human touch through calling rather than just firing-off emails that I don’t have his direct email address!

We have now moved into our home in which we purchased through the personal agent. And sold our property through too!From the start the personal agent we’re always very good, fair and efficient. The photos and videos of our house we sold with them were very good standard and made our house look great!We also had a log in so we could see the different stages of our sale and purchase. When a stage was completely it would be ticked off.The sale of our property happened within 1 day of viewings! Which for us was ideal with having 3 young children! And for the purchase of our new home only took 2 months from putting the bid in, to completing ! Thank you so much, especially to Adam Latter, who helped us with everything along the way! We are very happy with the excellent service the Personal Agent provided to help us sell our house. Richard, the Director, knows the local property market very well. We took confidence from his market expertise and also importantly from his honest, transparent approach. The marketing material, including the photographs and the video (which featured RIchard) was done impeccably, exceeding our (already high) expectations. Adam from the sales team organized the open day, ran the viewings and the subsequent bidding process very efficiently, and provided good advice for us regarding the bids and the buyers, which we took on board when deciding which offer to accept. Adam then followed up during the conveyancing process until exchange/completion. We were very happy with the price we achieved, with the buyer the Personal Agent found for us to take over our former home, and with our choice to go for the Personal Agent. Well done guys!
