TrustpilotSarah Goddard - What an amazingly talented Sales Progressor!
I’m delighted to say that I completed on the sale of my property today. Sarah’s professionalism in handling the progression has been second to none. She chased and reported back immediately to all queries that arose, from both sides, & was 100% “on the ball” at all times. Just to mention a few of Sarah’s qualities - she is diligent, proactive, reliable, calm, understanding & patient. Excellent work, thank you.

TrustpilotFriendly, efficient service
I contacted The Personal Agent to book viewings for a house I was interested in purchasing. Samantha from the Banstead branch was very friendly and knowledgeable about the property. She was very helpful and answered all the questions I had. This company is more pro-active than many of the others in helping buyers find the right home. I would definitely recommend The Personal Agent as a firm.

GoogleAs a Landlord, on first impressions myself and the joint owner were very impressed as they came across as professional and sold the service they were offering very well. Things changed quickly approaching the second week of advertising our property; we felt let down on communication, transparency and timing so decided to go with another agent. If you're looking for a personalised service I would unfortunately not recommend this agent.
